Use LicensePermission is granted to temporarily use Takeout for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
• Modify or copy the materials• Use the materials for commercial purposes• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the software• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations• Transfer the materials to another person
User AccountsWhen you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

TerminationWe may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Limitation of LiabilityIn no event shall Takeout, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
DisclaimerYour use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Governing LawThese terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
